At Pieces Home, we want you to love your space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and secure the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the carton.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For small decor, drop off your package at any authorized shipping center; for oversized furniture, our team will contact you to coordinate a professional freight pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned pieces, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
